Mutata Eadem resurgo ( "Changing and rise again to be the same" in Latin) is a phrase that, along with the logarithmic spiral, was choosen for the mathematician Bernoulli as epitaph and later was converted into the motto for the School of Pataphysics.
In my work with the same name, a sequence confronts itself in a ordered, spiral-shaped cannon, who repeats the structure of the stairs of the picture, creating a visual artifact with an organic sound.
